In this article we will demonstrate how to delete a MySQL user.

For this article, we will assume that you are already logged into cPanel.

Please Note: This should only be done if you no longer need the MySQL user. If you delete a user that is currently being used it could break any websites or scripts that are using this user account.

1) Click the MySQL Databases link from the Databases section of the main page.

2) Find the user you wish to remove in Current Users section, than click the delete icon.

3) To confirm the deletion, please click the Delete User button that appears on the next page.
